STANDARD REAL-TIME PRODUCTS
The advantage for utilizing Real-Time Systems is the immediate result of an image while moving and rotating your inspected part. This can be used for off-line process control up to full 100% in-line inspection of production parts. Take a moment to view our three Standard Real-Time Inspection Systems (see below) that meet the growing needs for Non-Destructive Testing. We can design and manufacture non-standard applications as well to suit your specific inspection requirements.
X-Ray enclosures, component handling, source/detector configurations and control software can be tailored to unique and demanding environments, and the latest technologies introduced to align with new processes and techniques. With a variety of source options from micro-focus, mono-block up to the conventional x-ray sources, we can configure any of these cabinets to meet your specific requirements.
Whether it's an Image Intensifiers or a Digital Flat Panel required to meet your specs, we have an extensive range of digital detection systems to give the optimum solution to your inspection requirement.
All of these cabinets have an option for a SEMI-AUTOMATIC manipulator and electronics that can be an added option that would aid in inspection of multi-parts within the system. The software will control the 5-Axes Manipulator, the optional X & Y Image Shutters and the Image Processing.

GB511.5W-160M REAL-TIME INSPECTION SYSTEM
This smaller real-time cabinet is ideal for inspection of smaller parts that fit within the 1 Foot X/Y inspection window. The cabinet can be built for inspection viewing electronic parts using a micro-focus x-ray tube.

GB522W-160M REAL-TIME INSPECTION SYSTEM
This is our larger turntable manipulator that can handle most inspection needs. With our ergonomically designed joystick pendant for handling the 5-Axes of manipulation, the inspection process will come easy for your operators.

GB623T-225A REAL-TIME INSPECTION SYSTEM
This system is specifically designed to handle the very tall parts. This system moves the x-ray tube and detector around the 36" high envelope for the part. By keeping the part stationary, there is less chance of it falling off of the table.
