EXPERIENCE
GB Manufacturers has a vast amount of experience in designing and fabricating all different types of equipment. With over 110 years combined experience in the field of design, manufacturing, programming and electrical assembly, we can offer a wide variety of solutions for all of your needs. We are all about finding our clients a solution to reduce their down-time and aid in lowering maintenance costs.
ENGINEERING
We utilize some very competent and experienced engineers and consultants in producing our products.
Our engineers have worked on shop floors in the past, serviced equipment in the field and have the knowledge to design equipment for longevity and servicing long after the equipment installation.
We use the latest 3D Software for producing parts and assembly drawings for use on our manufacturing floor. With the capability of designing electrical control panels and equipment wiring drawings, we can produce almost any assembly required in the Industrial Industry.
FABRICATION
We are a complete fabrication shop. Our fabricators have produced some very minor simple components and machines up to very high tech and complicated equipment.
With the vast amount of fabrication skills we have at our disposal, we have the ability to fabricate from unfinished or raw materials into a finished high production product. But with the use of as many ready-made components as possible, we allow for a much faster and better servicing realization in the future.
We can supply parts for components or fully fabricated assemblies from start to finish and are proud of an "on time" delivery. We have the ability in working with our partners to get you what is needed to improve your production.
A huge part of our mechanical fabrication is welding. Our welders are well seasoned welders with over 20 years experienced each in the art of MIG, TIG and ARC Welding. We can provide small parts up to large assemblies or complete systems.
INDUSTRIAL NON-DESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION X-RAY SYSTEMS
With our vast amount of experience in the NDT Market, we target our sales and applications in the industrial Non-Destructive Inspection and Testing Tools Systems markets.
We have a very impressive record in supporting and manufacturing systems for applications such as welding, die casting, automotive, electronics, military defense, aerospace, and aviation and of course manufacturing.
Our Applications department continuously research and integrate the latest technology in x-ray image detection into all of our products to produce inspection systems that match specifications for each of our customer applications.

FIELD & FACTORY SERVICE
GB MANUFACTURERS offers equipment repair services for our proprietary NDT Products as well as the Gulmay and COMET product lines.
With over 40 years' experience in servicing the NDT Market, we can provide Preventive Maintenance and service support on almost all different brand x-ray products.
We can provide field and factory generator repairs with many parts to support the older Philips MG160 Systems, MG161/321 Systems, MG164/324 Systems, the MG450/451 Systems MG165/325-40kHz Systems and the MG452-40kHz Systems.
TECHNICAL WRITING
Being that we have built complete Industrial systems, we also have the ability to create Technical Manuals, Procedures and Technical Specifications. If there is ever a need for this type of literature, please let us know and we can perform this task for you.
